After many years of committed effort to develop the work of the Southwark Community Education Charity, we are excited to have very recently gained official charitable status!
Along with the recognition of our new status, comes the added responsibility for official review and reporting in line with government regulations. Thankfully, having been well managed by an experienced team of teachers and school leaders, the SCEC has always paid particular attention to the importance of policies such as Safeguarding, use of data and personal information, and other standard policies held by reputable organisations.
